The benefit register is an up to date list of planned benefits, who is responsible for measuring them, when they are expected to be realised, how they will be measured, baseline and current measurements, etc. The realisation of the benefits listed in the register forms a critical aspect of measuring program/project success.
StrategyDotZero (SDZ) tool allows project managers, benefit managers, and benefit owners to manage end to end benefits and generate various reports such as –
- Benefits register
- Benefits Status report and
- Benefits Overview report
