Product Description
The primary function of Gate 0 Checklist is to approve that the appropriate level of planning has been undertaken and that the Business Case is ready to move to Initiate/Plan stage. Final approval of the Business Case takes place at this Gate. Approval at this gate is a commitment that all resources required will be made available to the project.
NOTE: Gate 0 Checklist is not required for Concept. The submitted concept if successful get’s shortlisted to proceed to Business Case development. It is at the Business Case approval that Gate 0 Checklist needs to be submitted.
