The change impact assessment is an iterative document: to begin with it may be based on simple analysis of the current and future state processes followed by more detailed impact interviews and workshops with the relevant stakeholders of the project.
In StrategyDotZero, under the Project Plan > Change Impact tab, you can capture change type, impacted stakeholders, level of impact and the duration followed by the strategy to manage it. Based on your project’s complexity and requirements, you may use the below change impact assessment template.
