Product Description

A project plan, also known as a project management plan, is a document that contains a project scope and objective. It is key to a successful project and is the most important document that needs to be created when starting a project.

Once your business case is approved (captured in StrategyDotZero), the content gets copied into the Project Plan template automatically. It is then the responsibility of the Project Manager to update the plan and get it approved by the relevant project stakeholders before moving into execution.

You could access the SDZ Guide on how to create a Project Plan by clicking on the ‘SDZ Help‘ button or navigate to the tool by clicking ‘SDZ Login‘.

Depending on the project category, you will have the options to create either a ‘Simple’ or ‘Detailed’ project plan.
